End User License Agreement

Overview: Waverunner Audio sample libraries can be used royalty free for both non-commercial and commercial purposes when in the context of a composition or musical piece.

Waverunner Audio EULA

1. Agreement. The following agreement is applicable for any purchase, use, installation, activation or download of Samples i.e. sample library or virtual instrument from Waverunner Audio. By purchasing, using, installing, activating or downloading any Samples, you are agreeing to be bound by this agreement.

2.  License. Samples are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of Waverunner Audio. This license allows you to use the Samples in both non-commercial and commercial use as part of a complete composition or musical works. Resale, redistribution, sharing, making available to others in part or in whole, copying, transferring and decompiling of the Samples or their derivatives is prohibited.

3. This license grants you installation and use of the samples on two computers where both are owned and operated solely by you, for example a home studio and laptop.

4. Returns. Waverunner Audio does not accept returns. All sales are final.

5. The licence comes into effect upon download, install or use of the Samples, whichever comes first.
