Every sample was then painstakingly re-amped and essentially re-performed through a unique chain of guitar pedals, including Audio Kitchen’s Small Trees, Fairfield Circuitry’s Shallow Water, and Old Blood Noise Endeavours’ Dark Star. This meticulous process transformed the strings into a synth-like texture while preserving their organic richness creating something truly distinctive: a synth made from strings.
